Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or any other berry are low in calories and have tons of fiber, vitamins, and minerals.When combined with a plant-based yogurt, they are more filling and the ideal late-night snack. 

17. Apple & PB

When you pair fruits with a source of fat, such as peanut butter, you will boost the intake of protein and fat, which will keep you full longer.Apple + PB is one of my two favorite options, but you can experiment with your favorite fruit! Just keep in mind that several studies show that fruits, like apples and pears, help the most with long-term weight loss.
